1. General Provisions

This document constitutes a public offer by PROFIT SYSTEM CONSULTING LLC.

2. Service Provider Status

The Service Provider is an authorized distributor of the WinWinBot platform and is not its developer.

3. Subject of Agreement

The Service Provider grants the Customer licensed access to the WinWinBot software (SaaS).

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is made for access to the service

• Subscription-based model may apply

5. Access Period

Access is granted for the period specified at the time of purchase.

6. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled by the user.

7. Refund Policy

The service is a digital product. Refunds are only possible in case of complete technical unavailability of the service.

8. Liability

The Service Provider is not responsible for:

• Operation of the WinWinBot platform

• User actions

• Results of using the service

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

9. Third-Party Services

The service depends on Telegram.

10. Acceptance of Offer

Payment constitutes full acceptance of this Offer.
