• Profit System Consulting — distributor and access provider
• User — client

Users are prohibited from:

• Violating applicable laws
• Sending spam
• Engaging in fraudulent activities

6. Limitation of Liability

The Controller:

• Is not the developer of the platform
• Is not responsible for technical failures of the platform
• Does not guarantee any financial results or client acquisition

7. Third-Party Dependencies
The service depends on Telegram.
The Controller is not responsible for its operation.

8. Suspension of Access
The Controller may restrict access in case of violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms
The Controller reserves the right to modify these Terms.
The updated version becomes effective upon publication on winwinbot.uz.
